With your direct purchase from Luxor Health you get life coverage on the frame and 2 years of new replacement on the chairs' electronic and mechanical components. You are covered for new replacement parts less shipping/handling & taxes. You can also pick up from our location with no shipping/handling charges.

We offer an extended Limited Warranty that was $689.00 and is now only $479.00 for 5 years electrical coverage on all massage chairs. With our Luxor Health Extended Limited Warranty, after the 5 years of coverage you get any electronic or mechanical part for the chair at our cost from our manufacturer for life. Pickup of parts is free, or you pay the shipping/handling & taxes from our nearest P/U location. You pay what we pay for any electrical or mechanical part and we make no profits from the sale of these parts.

With the extended Limited Warranty you also get our full cosmetic coverage from the day you purchase the chair for life. If you should ever damage any cosmetic part the chair, or something just wears over time, you pay at cost. Just order it through us and you pay what we pay from our supplier. We bring it in with our next order for you if we do not have it in stock. We consider cosmetic all the exterior parts of the chair, including all coverings and the controller holder.

With the extended warranty you also get the first 2 years of service repairs free at our facility. We have you return or send to us what needs to be replaced, and we waive our service fee at our repair facility. We also offer in-home repair service in most Canadian cities at the lowest prices.

!!! A WARRANTY LIKE NO OTHER !!!

 (A) Chair structure If during the period commencing on the date of purchase to the original owner, if any defect shall occur which is covered under this Limited Warranty provided with each model (see limitation section below), Luxor Health will provide repair without charge to the chair at our facility for the first year.

(B) Labor: If during the Limited Warranty period commencing on the date of purchase to the original owner, if any defect shall occur which is covered under this Limited Warranty (see limitation section below), Luxor Health will provide brand new replacement parts along with pictures and video if needed with instruction on how to repair the problem. This way a customer can make any repairs if they choose to and not have to pay for a service technician saving them these costs, nobody we know of offers this kind of service to help the customer save in so many ways. Service technicians are available across Canada in most cities, explained below in service B

(C) Parts: If any defect part shall occur within the Limited Warranty period on the covered electronic parts, Luxor Health will replace those parts to the customer with new parts less shipping/handling & taxes. The customer is obligated to provide a diagnosis so we can fully determine the cause of the problem, it could be a simple plug loose and this is also needed to determine what part or parts may be needed for the repair.

(D) Shipping: If return shipping is ever needed to our service center it will be paid by the customer, boxing, packaging material and availability for pickup of any items to be returned for repair will be the responsibility of the customer. Luxor Health will provide free repairs at our facility for the first year.

 

SERVICE:

(A)   To obtain service, feel free to contact our warranty Service Authorization Center at  LuxorHealth@gmail.com. If upon examination by the service center no breakdown is found the customer will be responsible for all charges incurred, we provide a repairs report to be filled out by the customer to explain their issue in full detail. This way we can best communicate with our supplier if needed to resolve any issues, we keep the report on file till the repair is completed and then for future references.

(B)   In home repairs can be provided most Canadian cities where and when we have sub contracted technicians available to do service calls, if the customer cannot make their own repairs or if there is no service technician available to them in their area then the customer can hire a local certified electrician, technician or handy person to do the repairs. We help with pictures and video and on the phone support if needed on doing repairs, the customer can do the repair or return for example the massage unit from inside the chair to us. If it was in need of a part changed you could send it to our facility for free repairs for the first year, shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer but this is all you pay. Doing the repairs yourself you pay out no money and most repairs are not difficult to do, sending back the massage unit for free repairs would be much less then having a service technician do the repair. Even if paying for the repair at our facility there is only shop time and not travel time charged, our rates for the sub contracted technicians it at only $69.00 per hour that includes travel and repair time, many other companies can charge up to and over $120.00 per hour so our rates are very reasonable.

 

Level 1) We provide a free email service to help you diagnose or replace any part of ever needed, we provide instructional pictures and video if needed all free of charge. (We can do it over the phone also but email is best as it keeps records of things done already to help keep track so we know what to do next).

Level 2) If for example a repair is needed inside the massage mechanism we show you how to remove the unit and send it back to us for repairs free of charge for the first 2 years, the customer pays for delivery only of the Parts.

Level 3) If a repair cannot be done a service technician or local electrician can be hired to do repairs and we provide the needed info for doing any repairs, we work directly with our manufacturers Engineers to diagnose and do repairs. We have never once since 2010 had to get a chair sent back to us for repairs and we have sold many chairs, if you are at all or you know anyone handy we can fix just about anything. As mentioned in our ad we also offer to replace the entire massage unit or foot massager for our customers if they choose at very low costs about only 40% of retail. Massage complete robot Unit for example retails for $1,000.00, we supply it for $599.00 and with the extended warranty only $399.00.

Big retail stores can offer white glove in-home service with your purchase on delivery and repairs, but you pay thousands more for your purchase for this level of service. If customers want to pay us the same extra few thousand I will personally fly to your city and come to your home to do the repairs and bring along flowers and dinner, so far no takers on this offer to date for some reason.

WARRANTY LIMITATIONS AND EXCLUSIONS:

This Limited Warranty shall be void if in the sole discretion of Luxor Health the defect was caused by accident, misuse and improper or unauthorized service, alteration or tampering.

The Limited Warranty does not include costs for unnecessary service calls, including costs for service solely for the purpose of educating the customer about the product.  

Warranties are only valid within Canada provided the equipment has been operated according to the instructions accompanying it. The warranty only applies to the product and does not include any accessories or enhancements.

This Limited Warranty does cover upholstery & covering, all is covered with the Extended Limited Warranty cosmetic coverage with at cost replacement.

Softening of foams and filling composites in pillows, pads, and memory foam kits do not constitute a defect under this warranty as those items naturally soften with use. All can be replaced at our cost from our manufacturer under the cosmetic warranty

Fading, wear and pilling of fabrics does not constitute a defect under this warranty as those conditions naturally occur with fabrics. All can be replaced at the at our cost from our manufacturer under the cosmetic warranty

Natural markings, grain, and dye variations in leather does not constitute a defect under this warranty as no two pieces of leather are alike.  

The Limited Warranty for any frame damage the chair must be dismantled down to the damaged frame, Luxor health will pay for any repairs to the frame or will repair the frame at our facility. Shipping is the responsibility of the customer.

Warranties do not cover any loss or damage resulting from: improper installation, unauthorized repairs or modifications. Improper use of electrical power supply or loss of power, dropped product. A malfunction or damage of an operating part from failure to provide manufacturer's recommended maintenance, Transportation damage; theft, abuse, misuse, neglect, vandalism, or environmental conditions (fire, floods, rust, corrosion, sand, dirt, windstorm, hail, earthquake, or exposure to weather conditions). Loss of use during the period the product is at a repair facility or otherwise awaiting parts or repair, damage incurred due to shipping and handling does not constitute a defect under this warranty. But all can be replaced at the at our cost from our manufacturer for all customers

Under no circumstance shall Luxor Health or its representatives be liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages (including damages for lost profits, business interruption, bodily injury, medical, and the like), even if any party has been advised of the possibility of such damages. When using the chair someone must always turn off the chair after use and assure the power it off, this to assure nothing overheats possibly causing damage to components or even fire.

Almost all massage chairs should be used maximum about 30-45 minutes for a session and then have a full cooling down period of about 1 hour, boards and motors will heat up during use and overuse can cause electronics damages or even create a fire hazard.

Fire safety: Under no circumstance shall Luxor Health or its representatives be liable for any fire caused by over usage or abandonment of the massage chair, this means while turned on or with power going to the chair while unattended. Best to have the chair plugged into its own dedicated outlet wired to a wall on/off switch, allow the chair to turn off by its own timer or by the on/off button on the chair controller. Then turn off the power to the chair with the wall switch to prevent any issues.

By turning off the power to the chair by the wall switch while in operation this would be like crashing your computer and causing electronics damages. Whenever using any massage chair with any built in heat function always be alert to and burning smells encase there is any possible short in any of the wiring, if you detect anything unplug the chair from the wall right away and stay with it to make sure no fire evolves. If any fire occurs water or any A-B-C rated fire extinguisher can be used to retire and fire, again make sure you first unplug the chair power from the wall socket before attempting to use water. If you can`t get to the plug behind the chair, turn off the power by the wall switch of the home breaker to that power outlet, if there is no time for this, use an electrical safe A-B-C fire extinguisher to prevent shock or electrocution. But still remove the power from the chair as soon as possible

Warranties are non-transferable and shall be in lieu of any other warranty, express or implied, including but not limited to any implied warranty. Luxor Health’s sole liability and the purchaser's exclusive remedy shall be for the repair, or at Luxor Health’s option, for the replacement of the defective part. Notwithstanding the above, if replacement parts for defective materials are not available, Luxor Health reserves the right to make substitutions in lieu of repair or replacement.

Warranties listed for life mean as long as the parts are available from the manufacturer, they do provide parts long after a product is discontinued as long as their supplier of that component supplies them.

All Warranties begin on DATE OF PURCHASE, no allowance or extension is offered for delivery and/or installation.

Service repairs done outside our technician`s city limits extra mileage charges may apply.

Warranties do not apply to demonstration, rental, business, commercial, institutional, or other non-residential users.
