LUXOR E-BIKES LIMITED MANUFACTURERS WARRANTY

(3 years on the frame and 90 days on all components for defects, the battery is covered for 1 year as long as proper care is taken of the battery. The components are covered for 1 year Excluding the tires, tubes, brakes & pads, deraileur, chain, we do not cover wear and tear parts or parts easily damaged by lack of maintenance or misuse.

(A) BIKE FRAME If during the period commencing on the date of purchase to the original owner, if any defect shall occur which is covered under this Limited Warranty provided with each model (see limitation section below), Luxor Health will provide repair without charge.

(B) LABOR: If during the one (1) YEAR period commencing from the date of purchase to the original owner, if any defect shall occur which is covered under this Limited Warranty (see limitation section below), Luxor Health will provide new replacement components, we can provide pictures and videos if needed also. For basic repairs and parts replacement we can offer to do this in our shop.

(C) PARTS: If any defect shall occur which is covered under this Limited Warranty (see limitation section below), Luxor Health will provide parts without charge to the customer less shipping.

(D) SHIPPING: Return shipping to our service center will be paid by the customer to Luxor Health, boxing, packaging material and availability for pickup of any items to be returned for repair will be the responsibility of the customer.

(E) BATTERY: Proper maintenance of the battery, the battery should never be left to freeze for any length of time like any other battery, if left unused the battery should be given a full charge at least every couple months. Charge till the green light comes on and then allow to charge for another couple hours for full charge, once fully charged you must remove the charger from the battery. Do not leave the battery for extended times on the charger to prevent battery burn out, before long storages of the battery make sure the battery is broken in with at least 10 full charges and 90% discharges to assure the battery is fully broken in. Make sure the charger pins are a good snug fit to assure the battery is getting a good charge with a good contact. If loose adjust the charger wires that plug into the battery for a better and snug fit, the same goes with when plugging the battery to the bike making the pins all get good contact with give the best connection for the best performance.

(F) SAFE USE OF THE BIKE: When powering the bike always get on the bike first and then turn it on, always turn off the bike before getting off. This prevent you or anyone else from grabbing the throttle by accident, this will prevent possible bike or personal injury too you the rider or someone else. Never work on the bike before removing the battery and having the power turned off, even turn the throttle after removing the battery to remove any reserved charge from the controller. Moving the chain or wheel while there is power could result in the power assist turning on causing possible injury, you could lose a finger or catch loose clothing or hair.

(G) BIKE USAGE: These bikes are electric bikes with quality suspension components, the bikes are made for street and basic trail riding. The same goes for the full suspension Evolution models, great for trails but use common sense always.

(H) ATTENTION:    Any tampering with lithium batteries by opening the case will void any warranty and is also VERY DANGEROUS, All lithium batteries are compressed power and should never be tampered with. With just trying to open and tamper with the cells or coating of the battery could cause it to burst into flames or explode, inside the case is where they need to be and never tampered with. If you do then you do so at your own risk and Luxor Health holds no liability for these actions.

SERVICE:

a) To obtain service, contact the warranty Service Authorization Center at 604 510 0977 OR 1 888 335 8967, we also require an email of a service report of the problem with details filled out by the customer. All can be sent to our company email address and all will be forwarded to the service department, LuxorHealth@gmail.com, if upon examination by the service center no breakdown is found, the customer will be responsible for all charges incurred.

2) We are willing to help with pictures, information and even video if needed to help on any repairs, parts exchange or servicing. The bikes are mostly a normal bike with top quality name brand components, most service and repairs are the same as working on a normal bike, most components to make our bikes fully electric are simple to just exchange as we replace with new components. 
 

CONSUMER WARRANTY LIMITATIONS AND EXCLUSIONS:

This Limited Warranty shall be void if in the sole discretion of Luxor Health the defect was caused by accident, misuse and improper or unauthorized service, alteration or tampering.

The Limited Warranty does not include costs for unnecessary service calls, including costs for services solely for the purpose of educating the customer about the product.

Warranties are only valid within the United States and Canada provided the equipment has been operated according to the instructions accompanying it. The warranty only applies to the product and does not include any accessories or enhancements.

Warranties do not cover any loss or damage resulting from: improper installation, unauthorized repairs or modifications. Improper use of electrical power supply or loss of power, dropped product, malfunction or damage of an operating part from failure to provide manufacturer's recommended maintenance.

Transportation damage, theft, abuse, misuse, neglect, vandalism, or environmental conditions (fire, floods, rust, corrosion, sand, dirt, windstorm, hail, earthquake, or exposure to weather conditions). Loss of use during the period the product is at a repair facility or otherwise awaiting parts or repair, damage incurred due to shipping and handling does not constitute a defect under this warranty.

Under no circumstance shall Luxor Health or its representatives be liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages (including damages for lost profits, business interruption, bodily injury, medical, and the like), even if any party has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Warranties are non-transferable and shall be in lieu of any other warranty, express or implied, including but not limited to any implied warranty or merchantability or fitness for particular use. Luxor Health’s sole liability and the purchaser's exclusive remedy shall be for the repair, or at Luxor Health’s option, for the replacement of the defective part. Not withstanding the above, if replacements parts for defective materials are not available, Luxor Health reserves the right to make substitutions in lieu of repair or replacement.

All Warranties begin on DATE OF PURCHASE, no allowance or extension is offered for delivery and/or installation.

Warranties do not apply to demonstration, rental, business, commercial, institutional, or other non-residential users.
