We offer a 1 year limited manufacturers warranty on all other products that we carry unless otherwise specified.
For Canadian customers your complete price is the product price, provincial taxes, and shipping method of your choice. There are no brokerage fees or duties. For American customers your complete price is the product price, state tax, shipping method of your choice, and brokerage fees (Free if you do it yourself), and it is duty free. So both Canadians and Americans pay no duties on our massage chairs.

Yes, we offer a pick up service at our Langley warehouse and we also offer pick ups in most major North American cities at the nearest trucking terminal.
